There might be several reasons: – The addressee does not have the “Call back” function activated; – The addressee has this fuinction activated, but selectively – he has the “White list” activated, i.e., only numbers included in this list can reach him by means of “Call back”, as for your number it might not be on list; – The addressee does not have enough money on his account that is why he does not answer.
