Wow, I know you’re tired and feel you’re at the end of your rope! My baby went through this and it seemed like it would never end. I got a plastic cover for the crib rails from a woodworking supply place and it still showed teeth marks! I had tried Motrin, Tylenol but she didn’t get much relief until I tried the numbing gel that you rub directly on the gums. Once I did that she relaxed for the first time in months. She was as worn out as we were!

Sounds like teething…ask your doctor, but maybe give her Motrin a little while before nap time if she’s teething, and find her some other options for chewing. Sorry, teething is so hard on them, but hang in there, she’ll cut hers soon and hopefully get back to napping and less chewing.
