In order to be employed as a nurse in the US (even privately) you would have to apply to the BON in the state you wish to be licensed in and they will assess your education and experience.If you are given permission to write the NCLEX and you pass you will be granted a nursing license.Then you will have to apply for a work visa(you CANNOT work legally without a Green Card) and due to retrogression you are looking at a wait of several years.If you were to work in a nursing capacity without obtaining a license and a Green Card you would be in serious trouble if you were caught.
