No. If you must leave for Canada within the next week, please send a fax to the Embassy explaining your situation. Make sure your fax is legible and includes your family name, given name, date of birth, your file number if you know it and complete information about where you can be reached: telephone number, cell phone number, fax number, email and mailing address. Indicate also the starting date for your course of studies or employment. Our fax number is : 01 44 43 29 91.
