My antivirus detects Dmailer Backup as a virus, what should I do?
Please ensure that you have downloaded Backup from our Websites download page. If you still receive the error after downloading Backup from our website, it is most likely a an issue with your Antivirus Software. If updating your Antivirus does not fix the problem, we recommend that you wait 24 hours. If this problem persists, please contact your Antivirus Support Team and the Dmailer Support Team. To continue using Backup, you can add an exclusion (also named exception) to your Antivirus program. This option is usually available in your Antivirus options under Exclusions. Your Antivirus support team can explain how to do this. After going through these steps, it is recommended that you reinstall Backup.
