If your AME Licence has been expired for under 2 years you will need to have sat and passed the AA Examination within the previous 24 months, and then apply to CASA for the reissue of your licence using form 1372. The total fee for this application is $130. If your AME licence has been expired for over 2 years you will need to have sat and passed the AA Exam within the previous 24 months, fill out application form 1372 and attach a letter detailing your maintenance experience and employment history and a letter to support your application from your employer.
