My agency has already purchased the Child Care Aware Training Academy. When can I expect to receive annual invoices?
The contract automatically renews unless the agency cancels the contract 30 days before the term expires. If the agency does not cancel, an invoice will be mailed to the person listed as the agency contact prior to the end of the term. Fees for Meeting Solution usage ($75/hour) are invoiced on a monthly basis to the agency.
