My agency enters Master Index (MI) in the payroll/personnel system. Why cant the CIM-AI show my agency funding information based on MI?

Master Index does not always have a one-to-one relationship of MI to fund and appropriation type combination. Therefore, OFM cannot convert MI to the information needed in an accurate manner.
