My account was voluntarily suspended. What happens on my eBill?

Under certain circumstances you can elect to have your account suspended for a set period. A voluntary suspension fee of $10/month is charged in lieu of the normal monthly plan charge. At the time your account is suspended a credit is given to reverse the plan charges from the time of suspension until the end of that calendar month. At the same time a prorated suspension charge is added. Note the following example: • Normal Plan monthly charge = Messenger $59.95 • Suspension effective 15th of April at Noon • Remaining time in April = 15 days 12 hours • Messenger plan credit issued = $30.97 • Voluntary suspend charge = $5.16 This credit and charge will appear on your 1st May eBill to adjust for plan activity in April. A full month’s charge of $10 will also appear reflecting the charge for the month of May. When you request the suspension to be removed a similar approach is followed.
