My 3360 keeps locking up, the power will not work or is powering off by itself. What is wrong, and can it be fixed?
The 3360 has had some probelms pertaining to both hardware & software. The power problems and lock ups are common problems on a handfull of these phones. We are unable to repair the software issue with this phone. They must be sent to Nokia for repair, but only if your phone is less the 1 year old. If less than 30 dyas, take it back to where you bought it from and have it exchanged. Make sure to enclose your return address as well as a brief note with the list of problems.
