My 2 month old breastfed baby did not have a bowel movement for 3 days-is that normal?
Bowel movement pattern can suddenly change after about 2 months of age for exclusively breastfed infants. If your child continues feeding well, is not unusually irritable, and her belly is not distended, the normal bowel movement pattern can be as infrequent as once a week.
