The player can create a encrypted partition. You will need to remove this partition. 1) Run ‘MP3 Disk Tool’. 2) Select Encrypt Partition tab. 3) Set it back to zero (If it is already zero, please set to any value and set to zero again) 4) Press ‘Start’ to release all memory. 5) Select Format tab 6) Press ‘Start’ to format the player.
