As your child suffers lot for many days due to severe cold and nasal congestion, consult your doctor about it. It may cause due to any infection or allergy from anything like polluted air, any food material especially refrigerated or chilled, or due to the change of weather, or more. He will tell you about taking some of the precautions and will medicate you accordingly. No need to worry everything will be fine.
