Every cruise I’ve been on (4) have always offered low calorie, low carb, and low fat options at all of their meals. Fruit, made to order eggs. fruit and salad bars are always available at every meal as well a low fat yogurt and sugar free desserts. Toast, muffins, bacon, sausage and other protein and high carb options are always available for breakfast as well. Many ships also serve frozen yogurt and pizza 24 hours a day.
