My 15 year old daughter wants to stay out until 2:00 AM. What are the curfew hours in Bay Village for juveniles?
– Juvenile curfew hours are as follows: up to and including 15 years old must be in by 11:00 PM. 16 and 17 year olds can stay out until 1:00 AM. Curfew hours end at 5:00 AM. A curfew violation does not apply if the juvenile is accompanied by his parent, guardian or other adult having the care and custody of the minor. It also does not apply if the minor is out on an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parent or guardian. Juveniles arrested for curfew violations will either be filed on in juvenile court or sent to the Bay Village Youth Commission.
