Hi Arron A lot depends on how bad the chicken was and how much of it she ate. In this situation sometimes a pup may just have a day of diarrhea and/or vomiting and then perk right back up. Other times, the digestive upset can last for days and cause dehydration and other problems. If your pup experiences symptoms for more than 12 hours, or they are getting progressively worse and she is lethargic, then you need to take her to see your veterinarian. He may want to prescribe anti-nausea medications, antibiotics or other drugs, depending on how severe the symptoms are and what her condition is.
