Must the applicant conduct training across the entire State of New Jersey?
The NGO states on page 3 the applicant must “deliver training regionally at multiple locations throughout the State of New Jersey (North, Central and South)”. While applicants may focus on a region of the state, proposals which provide the widest range of individuals from all parts of the state will be viewed as an efficient and thorough proposal which meets the stated goals and objectives of the training program.
