Must Stage 1 and Stage 2 exam board (EB) meetings be held separately?

This depends on the structure of the programmes for which your EB is responsible, as illustrated in the diagram below. Prior to EUCLID APA going LIVE for 2010/11 session, dates will be set by which all final course marks for all UG and PGT programmes across the University must be input to EUCLID, for each semester/exam diet. We are calling this the ‘Stage 1 results publication deadline’. From this date, all course results for outside courses will therefore be accessible by all Schools, who can then hold Stage 2 EBs with a full set of agreed course results for all their students. So, if your EB is responsible for programmes for which you have ownership of all the included courses, you can choose to have both your Stage 1 and Stage 2 EBs together as soon as you have input all your ‘actual’ course results to EUCLID.
