Must DocuTrack be installed on-site or can it be hosted off-site?
DocuTrack can be installed in your pharmacy or it can be installed in an external data center and accessed via the internet – the choice is yours. Each DocuTrack system, regardless of where it is installed, is remotely monitored by Integra – enabling us to be instantly notified if something occurs that requires our assistance. By installing DocuTrack within your pharmacy you can retain control of your operations without depending on costly high-speed internet access. You will, however have to have some technical expertise. Alternatively the DocuTrack server can be hosted at an external location, enabling you to focus on providing excellent service without worrying about the technical issues.
