Yes. If you received a Divestment Notice and you are a joint holder, you must ensure that all joint holders sign your duly completed Share Retention Form before returning it. If your Share Retention Form is incorrectly signed, it will not be a valid retention instruction and it will be returned to your registered address. If this occurs you will need to resubmit a duly completed Share Retention Form by 5pm (AEST) 17 July 2009 if you want to retain your shares.
