The term “interested party” pertains to (1) the claimant, (2) the claimant’s last employer, (3) the employer whose account may be chargeable for experience rated purposes, (4) a cost reimbursable employer who may be billed for their proportionate share of benefits being claimed, (5) a representative of any of the above, or (5) the Director of Idaho Commerce & Labor or his duly authorized representative.
