Must a REALTOR use Top Producer 7i in order to receive consumer inquiries?

During Phase I, participants must use Top Producer 7i (because consumer inquiries are delivered and fulfilled using the Top Producer 7i system). In the longer run, we expect that REALTORS who prefer to use an alternate lead management system will do so (leads will simply be delivered via email, rather than via Top Producer).
