Multiple soundcards on Windows?

0

The current release version of RAT will pick the first enabled soundcard that it discovers. If you have multiple soundcards, select the properties of the card you do not wish to use on the (Control Panel->Multimedia->AudioDevices) and select “Do not map through this device”. Then enable mapping through the device you want to use and then reboot. It maybe that RAT does not work with one of your cards, but other conferencing software does. In this case you will need to select the appropriate card in each case. Thanks to Steve Morgan, Computer Services Dept, University of Liverpool, for raising and resolving this problem.
