Using Shared IDs is a violation of the security policy. Shared ID means that multiple people access the same mailbox such that the ID file has to be sent to all users every time the password is changed. Please request to change these IDs to a “Mail-in database”. Top of page 15. I am a Roaming Notes user. Does WWIMS affect me differently? No. Roaming notes users can use WWIMS for resetting passwords to the supported applications. If the machine from which Roaming Notes is accessed is a Power Sweep 2 machine then the APN will synchronize your Notes password to your Windows password.
