MRI results are usually read by the medical imaging techs right after they print out. They will then give your physician the results, and the physician will also review the films. The best person to review your MRI films and determine if there is anything wrong is the physician who ordered it, or a physician who specializes in whatever your received the MRI for (orthopedic, cardiologist, neurologist).
