MPI pays for the basic immobilizer install, what if the vehicle has an aftermarket remote start?
A. You have two options. Generally remote starts require additional relays and labor, which is an $80.00 charge (taxes included), which is not covered. Option B, is that our technician at Wards Auto Security will remove the remote start and return the wiring to OEM specs. at no charge to you when installing the immobilizer.
