MP3 Downloads: How do I retreive the downloadable product that I just purchased?
• Visit http://www.listenersbible.com/ and click on the “Sign In” link in the upper right corner of the screen. NOTE: If you purchased your downloadable prodcut BEFORE November 1, 2006, you may retrive the files at our old site: http://old.listenersbible.com/store/signin.html • Sign in using the email address and password that you used when you purchased your product. • You should now see a list of your previous orders. Click “View” to review the order that contains your downloadable files. • You should now see a list of all the downloadable files on that order. Click “Download” to download your files. • Click “Download Files” next to the order that you want to download. • Windows users will now likely see a message like this: Click the “Save” button. • Then choose the folder that you want to save the file. Be sure it is in a folder you can remember. • Once the file is downloaded, you may be given the following options: Choose “Open Folder” • You may now see a window that looks similar
