Mounting an AC power inverter in a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport?

I was wondering if anyone familiar with the construction of Jeep Cherokee Sports could suggest a place to mount an AC power inverter. I have this model inverter: http://www.donrowe.com/inverters/cobra_800.html I want to hardwire it to the battery and perminately fix it in place somewhere for easy access from the driver or passenger seats. What would be the best place? A: Mount it a couple of inches off the floor and in a place where it can cool easily. The wiring kits that come with the inverter are good up to the 1000/2000 watt inverters. Anything larger and you should beeef up the gage of wire and fuse. Go to a audio shop for larger wire/kits. Inverters can get hot so if you have kids you might not want to put it in the back. On top of the dash or the underside of the dash are the best places if you dont have kids the back of the center councle is also a good spot.
