First, check your software version. Intuit has told us that compliant versions of Quicken include the current year and back two years. As of the writing of this document in January 2004, that means Quicken 2002, Quicken 2003, and Quicken 2004. Older versions may not be able to see Monterey Credit Union in their list of Financial Institutions and you may need to update your PFM software before proceeding. We do not have any information from Microsoft regarding version compliance, but its possible that they apply similar restrictions. Note that these are terms set by the manufacturer of your software and are subject to change on their terms. We may or may not be notified of such changes. If you are using compliant software, you may need to perform updates with your PFM software to be sure that you have downloaded the most current version of the Financial Institution list from the manufacturer.
