• Right-click on My Computer icon located on the computer desktop. • Select Properties. • Click Device Manager. • Double-click on the Modem icon. If there is no modem icon present, try reinstalling the modem. • Select the modem displayed. • Click Properties. • Click the Resources tab. • Deselect the check box labeled “Use automatic setting”. • Select a different Basic Configuration. There are six basic configurations. You can manually assign the resources as well by clicking the Change Setting button. If there are NO CONFLICTS, click OK.
