Mn and Mw average molecular weight, both of them have the same expression as Dalton (g/mol). Or have different units, thank you

( Example, Mn= 500) what does it mean

I have a polymer ( liquid form) with this description Mn =500           is this 500 g/mol?

0

It is the total gram of Mn required for any specific purpose.

Atomic weight of Mn is 54.93 gram/mol

Thus for getting Mn 500,

=500/54.93 mole is required

=9.102 mol  of Mn is required

What is your question?
