The Overhead Door Corp. website is not much help. This unit is similar to the Genie Excelerator. Go to Genie Owners Manuals and scroll down to the Genie Excelerator listings. The first link in this section will open the manual. The third link goes to “Animated Assembly Instructions” which is worthwhile to watch as the visual illustrations may help in understanding directions in the manual.
