Um a .22 is an alcoholic – you have spent considerable amount of free time consuming alcohol I see. Your minor in possession is most likely a misdemeanor, but is also a status offense – a crime committed because of not the act, but because of you age. I would not be concerned about you next MIP ticket, you should be concerned about this one. You disposition will probably include a fine and some (perhaps) community service. You should be more concerned about you drivers license suspension that will follow. You will have a three month suspension on your drivers license, and you very high blow may result in some mandated counseling. I don’t want to dig into your personal life or be your moral compass, but you have a drinking problem with that BAC and you are a young person.
