Migraine help: What is a migraine headache?
There are some criteria to define headache as a migraine, and over the years they become stricter. Migraine is not what most people believe, a headache that is found in half the head. This is one of the criteria, but not necessary the only one. The statistics showed that at a rate of 50% the headache occurs on both sides of the head, the other 50% is observed either on one side or the other and only a 15% lies firmly on the one side, a symptom that sometimes it is worrying.
