GuestGate can be configured remotely making frequent trips to customer sites unnecessary. Once installed, there’s no need for frequent maintenance. Besides occasional trips to GuestGate’s configuration interface, e.g. to change the password, the user does not need to ‘hand-hold’ the product. GuestGate is designed as a “fire and forget” solution.
