If EPA determines that it needs additional data regarding any of the chemical substances included in this proposed rule, the Agency might seek further health and/or environmental effects testing for these chemical substances. Should the Agency decide to seek such additional testing, EPA would initiate a separate action for this purpose. VI. Export Notification Any person who exports, or intends to export, one of the chemical substances contained in this proposed rule in any form will be subject to the export notification requirements in TSCA section 12(b)(1) and at 40 CFR part 707, subpart D, but only after the final rule is issued and only if the chemical is contained in the final rule.
