DO NOT ever reheat Flor Essence in the microwave oven. Even heating the water to dilute it that way is not a very good idea. Use a stainless steel kettle to heat the water, take the cold concentrate from the fridge, pour it into a glass and add the hot water from the kettle. This will warm it to a very pleasant drinking temperature.
