Microsoft Internet Explorer is not allowing me to download files from Moodle. How can I stop this?
This issue usually occurs when attempting to download files from a Moodle course. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, an error-type message may pop-up stating that “Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer”. You will see a yellow information bar at the top of the screen when you click on the link to download the file. Click on the yellow bar and select Download file from the drop down menu. Note: This is an Microsoft Internet Explorer security option, and not specifically related to Moodle.
