A. Set your default printer to Adobe PDF and then print the formit will then print as a PDF. Close Adobe Reader and any other PDF files you have open (you may also need to close Internet Explorer). Then open Adobe Professional and use the Advanced Editing, Touch Up Text Tool to change the name.
