MetaLib seems to have stopped working, what can I do?
If for some reason MetaLib appears to have temporarily stopped working, contact the Online Librarian and describe the problem you are having. If you are experiencing the problem outside of normal service hours (evening – UK time, weekend or Christmas University closed period) please follow the guidance below: If MetaLib is working but not returning results: • You can search for an individual database title using the ‘Search for Library database titles’ search option from the University portal or the Library home page. From here you can search for and access the native interface of individual Library databases, such as, Business Source Premier or Emerald Fulltext for management; ACM Digital Library and IEEE Xplore for computing; Global Health and Proquest Nursing and Allied Health Source for public health.
