Messages are disappearing ( or aren showing up ) in my daily report. Where did they go?

There are three reasons for messages to disappear/not-appear in the daily reports. 1) They are older than the keepdays so are purged. 2) They have already been in a daily report. 3) You accessed the “hold” folder and viewed the message.
