Members email address has been changed and wants to obtain a new password by using the “Passowrd Assistance” function online?
Member must first update the new email address to their profile prior to use the “Password Assistance” function online. Upon receipt of email confirmation, member must wait for at least 2 days prior to use the “Password Assistance” function online.
