A house style is made up of things like colour scheme, writing style or font style that are used continuously on each page of the magazine. For example with NME, an element of their house style is the red, white and black colour scheme, because of its use throughout the magazine. So when they say “Establish a house style” in terms of analysis, it means find something that is used constantly in the magazine.
