Islam never asks to change your name, it accepts you whole heartedly with any name or identity, what it expects, is to accept GOD & Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) as His last Messenger by heart …so need not to worry about changing your name !!

There is no need to change your identity unless you meant that you changed / converted FROM Islam to Christianity. Then you should seek out a Christian lawyer, although this may take time, money and some effort. This is not an easy thing and you must pray earnestly for guidance each step of the way whatever you do. He may tell you not to get the lawyer.
