McDonalds regular breakfast burrito & a small diet coke. Is it bad?

I work at McDonalds. I should know. EVERYTHING at McDonalds has a downside, unfortunately. For instance, you can get the “healthiest” thing there, which is a side salad, but then the dressings they sell are really bad for you. Parfaits are okay in moderation, although they have a lot of added sugar. I would say no to the burrito. Breakfast at home is tons healthier because you can have a variety of foods, and you can make it with a TON less fat. Pop is always bad for you- diet or non-diet. You see, it’s all carbonated and has a lot of fake sugars that are just as bad for you. Go with breakfast at home!

YEA TOTALLY HIGH IN FAT IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR BREAKFAST MAKE YOURSELF A SANDWHICH THE DAY BEFORE AND TAKE IT TO GO. THAT;S BETTER THAN MC.

depends on what u make at home. most likely that little burito has more fat than an entire 3 course breakfast so yes McDonnell’s is more fattening than what u do at home assuming u cook with vegatable oils and maybe even egg beaters for ur eggs instead of regular ones.

It’s fine if you eat well the rest of the day. You do need *some* fat, salt and all that other “bad” stuff in your diet. But that means taking in almost no fat and minimal calories filled with nutrients for the rest of your day.

well they both can be bad but if you only eat mcdonalds once and a while (1 or 2 times a month) its fine. it depends on what you use and put in it.
