Mazda Tribute 2001 cuts out 6-10 times immediately after every refuelling. Whats the problem?
Only occurs after refuel. Bought secondhand less than 12 months ago. When running the engine goes dead without warning creating a highly dangerous situation – car is mobile with no power steering or power brakes. It is possible to slip into neutral and restart on the run while trying to control the car, but my wife can’t manage this so she can’t drive it after refuel. Grateful for an quick solution before someone gets killed. Mazda do not have a clue nor a suggested fix.
