May training and academic organizations from developed countries join the MFMI Network?
The MFMI invites any and all training, research and academic institutions to join its network, including national and regional MFI associations. However, financial support for MFMI events is limited to institutions established and working in developing countries. MFMI gives priority to institutions located in countries with a minimum population of 10 million people where the scale of microfinance and related capacity-building services are most needed.
