Yes. The JLD Program may be used to locate and develop off-campus jobs for FWS and non-FWS students. However, using JLD funds to find jobs only for FWS students would not satisfy the statutory requirement to expand off-campus employment for currently enrolled students who want jobs, regardless of their financial need.
