May students with F-1 visas participate in the GNM program?
No. Federal regulations mandate that international students be matriculated in a program of study that leads to a degree. As such, GNM status is not available to persons holding an F-1, F2, or Visitors visa, or to those expecting the Office of Graduate Admissions to issue the I-20 student visa application for F-1-status entry into the U.S.
