May I use the QuickBooks or ProFile name in my advertising and sales materials?
A. In order to use the QuickBooks name in advertising, detailed brochures and sales materials, you may usually do so, provided you carefully follow the guidelines listed in the Resource Guide. You cannot use Intuit brands in logo form (i.e. as they appear on Intuit’s packaging and other materials). Only plain-text display of the software names is allowed and such display must comply with the guidelines. Q.
